While I am still on this side of the fence to say LARP armour should be real armour, this guy made some nice stuff, including the bit about curving the resin while molding. Neat.

I love this guy's work and follow him on FB, but his process is high on the complexity level IMO. I also pay attention to some cosplayers and this one really sets herself apart. Her process is less costly and more hand crafted, and she's just got tremendous talent. www.kamuicosplay.com/And, of course, I love that she makes tutorial vids for her work. |
